Choosing to be our guests or buying our pasta or our flour, both made with the ancient cereals that we have cultivated for decades, means choosing to help a family business that has always fought for respect for the place in which it lives, for the traditions, for the things Really good and made like they used to be, of course. Many things may seem obvious or obvious to you but we assure you that managing them is not at all simple, starting with the bureaucracy which often makes us lose our enthusiasm in doing something more or simply ‘new’. The structure where you will sleep is a place where our family lived, grew up and became what it is today. There are countless memories and anecdotes that link us to every single space. For us it is an album of memories. Everything you will eat in our small refreshment point is the fruit of our work and comes from our fields or, in a small percentage (as the law allows), from our neighbors.
